How fast will my package be delivered?

All orders are processed within 1 business day. As an international company, we ship our packages worldwide from our warehouse in Europe.

The delivery time for Western Europe is 1-6 working days, the delivery time in the rest of the world is 3-10 working days.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs for orders under €60 are €3.95.

Does your order have a higher value? Then the shipping is free!

How do I view the status of my package?

When your package is shipped you will receive an email with a track & trace link. Packages from BubbleBrush are always sent with a track & trace option.

What if I am not satisfied with the product?

We make products that make people's lives easier. Of course, it may sometimes be that our product is not quite suitable for your situation.

In that case, we'll give you the chance to try it out for a maximum of 30 days.

If you register your return within 30 days via hello@bubblebrush.shop, we will refund the full purchase amount after we have received the product.

How can I pay?

All payments at BubbleBrush are processed through the Dutch payment provider Mollie.

You can pay securely with us with Bancontact, IDeal, VISA, Mastercard and American Express.

Which courier will deliver my package?

Parcels are delivered in Belgium with BPost and in the Netherlands with PostNL.
